“Before the programme I was struggling with nutrition and emotional eating. I couldn’t stop myself from overeating and I always justified it due to emotions. Then if one day wasn’t perfect, it would turn into a whole week or even whole month of just letting myself go. But since being instead the programme and having the support I already feel much more balanced and know I can go out for a couple of drinks, and it won’t undo my progress so long as I can get back on track with my usual habits the following day. Before I joined the programme I was always trying different diets to lose weight, I always thought my diet should be restricted like cutting out carbs in order to lose weight. But with Danielle, I can literally eat whatever I want o long as I’m being mindful and I’ve lost 7kg so far following that approach which I never thought would work in the past. I’ve found a great balance away from the all-or-nothing mindset that allows me to always find the balance even if I’m socialising or it’s a busy week at work. Nashwa - 2024.
When I started the programme I was the biggest I had ever been. It was 1 year post-partum and I was battling with PPD, my mindset was horrific and I was struggling with emotional eating. But 2 years into working with Danielle and I’ve learnt that looking after my nutrition, mindset and body is a form of self-love in comparison to binging which always used to make me feel worthless. I’ve not binged once in the last 6-9 months and I feel so much better in my body. Comfortably now wearing a size 12 after losing 15kg with Danielle. My mindset is no longer the all or nothing mindset - I know some weeks will be better than others and that’s life. But I know that one bad week isn’t going to undo my progress because I am only human! I chose you as my coach after a recommendation from a friend but I can honestly tell you that you’ve changed my life! You pulled me out of a really dark place by being my biggest supporter, no judgement and I’d class you as a friend now. You’ve not only been my coach, you’ve been my therapist and I honestly can’t thank you enough.
